What happens if I miss class or need to reschedule?
Will I get a certificate when I complete class?
Unless you have completed the Alabama Driver Education Program, which requires a certificate of completion for you to turn in to your referring traffic court, in almost all cases the answer is "no." If you have been referred to class by a Court Referral Officer, this agency will send proof of completion to your CRO immediately upon your completion. When you finish all requirements of your Case Management Plan (monitoring, class, drug testing, attendance at self-help meetings, etc.), your CRO will report to the Judge in your case.
What are the payment options?
All fees must be paid in full three days prior to the start of class by mailing a money order to:
P. O. Box 1183, Oneonta, AL, 35121, or paying online.
If you absolutely cannot make your payments three days in advance, please call 205.324.9797 to discuss other options. We will work with you to ensure that you successfully complete your class.

What happens if I miss class or need to reschedule?
- If you miss the first day of class, you will automatically be rescheduled to begin class on the same day of the week the next time the class is offered, unless you contact us to request a different class date.
- If you start your class and have never been rescheduled before, you will be rescheduled to come back to class starting with the same session you missed in the next available class.
- However, if you miss class or fail to enroll on the start date more than once, your files will be returned to your CRO as incomplete and you must have his/her permission, in writing, to restart your classes. In this case, you will most likely have to start class over from the beginning. In this case, any fees you have already paid will be credited to your new class.
- Please Note: There is a $20 fee per reschedule, unless you or someone in your immediate family is hospitalized, you have a doctor's excuse, or you are on jury or military duty.
