Your Social Security Number is collected only when required for identity verification, court reporting, or other legally authorized program requirements.

NACRS limits access to Social Security Numbers to authorized personnel who require the information to perform their official duties.

Terms and Conditions

By registering for a program through North Alabama Court Referral Services ("NACRS"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
You must be currently enrolled in the Alabama Court Referral System and have a valid referral submitted by your assigned Court Referral Officer before enrollment can be completed.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in cancellation of your registration.
Individuals who are not enrolled in the Alabama Court Referral System are not eligible to participate in the level one or level two classes.

Registration Requirements

​By registering, you certify that:

• All information provided is complete and accurate.
• You are authorized to participate in the program.
• You understand that false or misleading information may result in cancellation of enrollment.

Collection of Personal Information
You authorize NACRS to collect and maintain personal information necessary to administer your court-ordered program, including:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Mobile telephone number
• Social Security Number
• Court referral information
• Attendance records
• Payment information

Text and Email Communications

You consent to receive email and text communications related to your participation in the program, including reminders, payment notifications, attendance information, schedule changes, and completion notifications.

Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Attend all required classes.
• Comply with instructor and program policies.
• Maintain current contact information.
• Follow all Alabama Court Referral System requirements.

Payment Policy
Unless approved as indigent by your Court Referral Officer, all required fees must be paid before enrollment is finalized.

Students declared indigent should not submit payment through the website.

Payment Disputes

If you dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with NACRS:

• Your completion status may be withdrawn.
• Any completion certificate may be revoked.
• Your assigned Court Referral Officer may be notified.
• The court or presiding judge may be notified.
• Future enrollment may be denied until the matter is resolved.

Confidentiality
NACRS will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of student information but may disclose information when required by law, court order, or as necessary to administer the Alabama Court Referral Program.

Limitation of Liability
NACRS shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, utility outages, internet failures, or other emergencies.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Changes
NACRS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the NACRS website.
